• Program Options: For new clients, the Complete One-on-One Tailored Accent Program is 12 months in length or may be taken intensively over 6, 4, or 3 months. For continuing clients, programs are between 3 and 12 months in length. All programs are conducted online and subject to availability. Space is limited!

• New Client Complete One-on-One Tailored Accent Program: 48 sessions totaling 72 hours of tailored individual coaching and consulting. The sessions are taken over 12 months (1x/week) or intensively over 6 months (2x/week), 4 months (3x/week), or 3 months (4x/week). The program includes

  • accent assessment session (1.5 hours)

  • 47 accent training sessions (1.5 hours per session)

  • written accent assessment report, provided to you during the training, summarizing key elements of your individual accent and areas for improvement

  • customized accent training materials tailored to your professional topics and goals.

• Consulting Fee for New Client Complete One-on-One Tailored Accent Program (including written accent assessment report)​

  • 12-month program (48 sessions x 1.5 hours = 72 hours): $16,000 USD ($12,000 after applying the special 25% discount on programs reserved in July 2025)

• Continuing Client Programs and Consulting Fee (without written accent assessment report)

  • 3-month program (12 sessions x 1.5 hours = 18 hours): $3,500 USD

  • 4-month program (16 sessions x 1.5 hours = 24 hours): $4,600 USD 

  • 6-month program (24 sessions x 1.5 hours = 36 hours): 5% discount. $6,600 USD 

  • 9-month program (36 sessions x 1.5 hours = 54 hours): 7.5% discount. $9,700 USD 

  • 12-month program (48 sessions x 1.5 hours = 72 hours): 10% discount. $12,600 USD ($10,500 after applying the special 25% discount on programs reserved in July 2025) 

  • written accent reassessment report: $2,000 USD

• Consulting Fee Payment

  • Individual clients paying directly may pay the Consulting Fee in three payments: An initial $5,000 USD must be paid in advance to reserve your program; an additional $5,000 USD (or the remainder of the Consulting Fee, if less) must be paid before the 5th session; and the remainder of the Consulting Fee must be paid before the 10th session. 

  • Employers paying directly may pay the Consulting Fee in two payments: An initial $5,000 USD must be paid in advance to reserve the program, and the remainder of the Consulting Fee must be paid at least two weeks before the program begins.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

• Cost for Additional Standard Training Materials: Dr. Lee-Hood will select additional standard written and/or audio materials for you to use during the training and for skills maintenance thereafter. Before the program begins, you (or your employer) must purchase these materials separately and at additional cost. Details will be determined after the Free Initial Consultation. ​

• Your employer may cover all or part of the program cost, directly or by reimbursement, if you take the program for professional development.

• To be considered for the program, you must​

  • ​attend a 20-minute Free Initial Consultation online with Dr. Lee-Hood
  • already have good proficiency in spoken English language

  • have reliable high-speed Internet connectivity for high-quality videoconferencing

  • be able to complete assignments and practice daily between sessions.

• To benefit from the program, you must complete assignments and practice daily between sessions.
